Owner & Project Manager
Ken is a business owner who leads KVN Property Investment as project manager. He manages a close-knit team of fewer than 10 employees, including Michelle, and oversees each project from planning through completion.
With a background in electrical engineering, architectural design, and floor-plan engineering, Ken brings technical insight, practical problem-solving, and hands-on renovation experience to every property.

Michelle Nguyen
Interior & Graphic Designer / Administrator
Michelle is an interior and graphic designer with more than 24 years of experience. She brings an expert eye for spatial flow, color, finishes, visual presentation, and the thoughtful details that make every space feel complete.
In addition to her creative role, Michelle manages the company’s administrative work, payroll, accounting, and other essential day-to-day responsibilities that keep the business running smoothly.
